August 18, 2006 – The last 60 days have been a true transformation for me. Two months ago I was still breastfeeding my daughter who is going to be 3 yrs old next month. I wanted to get back into shape, but I knew I would need some kind of program or product to give me the kick start I needed. Once I learned about Stack and heard about the results other people were getting with it, I was very anxious to try it but had to wait until the time was right for me and my toddler. The news about the contest made me take immediate action and I made her stop “cold turkey”.

The only thing I may have done a little different than some other people is I continued to eat out at restaurants every day. I also immediately started working out at the gym 5-6 days a week alternating weight training and cardio days. Because of this I know I can't necessarily go only by weight loss alone because when you lift weights properly you are building muscle which weighs more than fat and muscle takes up 5 times less space than fat, so you are indeed losing more inches and toning up.

People started noticing that I was shrinking and that was great encouragement. I feel I was stuck in a rut and using Stack and A.C.T. daily helped me to achieve my goals. I am not done with my ultimate goals yet. I still want to lose 1 or 2 more sizes in my clothes by my 40 th birthday, which is coming up in a few months. When I started out in June I was growing out of my misses size 12 clothes and last week I worked up the nerve to see if any of my misses size 6 clothes fit and they did! That was proof enough for me that what I am doing is really working and I am super excited about the results.

The scariest part was hoping there was a significant difference from my before pictures to my after pictures and I just got a chance to look at them and compare them and I have to say I am very pleased with my success so far and I will also say I have had lots of fun getting creative with all the new recipes I made with the Ice Cream Drink. I added different ingredients and flavorings to make it more interesting, though I also like it by itself and on the days I am really concerned about calories or fat, I just drink it with water and that is good too.

I went shopping for some new jeans yesterday and got a big surprise, I walked out with a size 6 in misses and they had no stretch to them at all! I had dropped even more weight since last week. M2C Global Body Transformation Contest - The Halfway Point

I am participating in the M2C Global Body Transformation Contest that is currently at about the halfway point. I have reason to be excited because I am pretty much on target for my fitness goals. One month ago I began following the STACK Weight Loss Plan and also using A.C.T. Energy Drink pretty much daily. I also incorporated a workout program that I am fine tuning myself. As of July 20. 2006 I have lost a total of 11 lbs in one month and have lost 2 inches everywhere.

M2C Global Body Transformation Contest

A quick post to share my intentions in this contest that has motivated me to action. It is all about getting back in shape, a goal I already had set for myself this year but due to one challenge, I hadn't begun to seriously go after my goal.
