I just wanted to add some feedback about the Body Trim "on the go" drink since I have been using it since it first came out. One of the things I have noticed from day one is that it really does help me to not crave sweets and it helps you to not eat too much. How's this sound.... I bought myself one of my favorite candy bars almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't touched it. They normally don't last 24 hours.
